Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the hobby returns will not be accepted for used products.
Please understand that air vehicles must be light weight to fly and therefore they are not indestructible. Once the vehicle is used we cannot determine if it is pilot error or a malfunction. Therefore in order to stay in business we cannot allow used Items to be returned. At our discretion we may require photos to be sent to our email prior to providing a Return Authorization number.
We will accept merchandise for a return that was purchased from Cali-Bros.com within 30 days of receiving the item. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact us via email at Orders@cali-bros.com shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the return and purchase insurance through carrier. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition within its original packaging. All returned items are subject of 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to determine if the product is used or was not purchased from Cali Bros. Non-compliant products will not be refunded and will remain at our facility until claim is disputed or return shipping is paid for by the customer. We will hold onto the product for a period of 30 days. After which the product may be destroyed without compensation to the customer.
Don’t worry we don’t make a living off scamming people we really want to share the hobby with you and hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. Please understand we are just trying to protect our business from scammers.

Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the customer.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees. Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed, but you’ll be surprised how fast it will arrive since we are right next to a major shipping hub (LAX).

We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to its customer and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

Cali Bros will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) sold. Cali-Bros.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Remote controlled products and accessories can be very dangerous. Please read the operating manual before use. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of our products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
